Metal Product Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. It manufactures exported
stainless steel, carbon steel and low alloy steel fine cast as well
as their products by silicon sol-gel dewaxing fine casting process.
The annual output is 800 tons casts. Located in the South City District
of Dongguan city, near G107 national highway and the Shigu exit of
Dongguan City District of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, the company
has Guangzhou to its north and Shenzhen and HongKong to its south.
The traffic is very convenient.
The business goal of Yihong is high beginning point, good quality
and high efficiency. In the company, we have aviation equipment experts
and a research team. We are also equipped with a whole set of silicon
sol-gel dewaxing fine casting equipments as well as material spectral
analysis system, pulling strength tester, hardness meter, metallurgical
microscope and other inspection and testing equipment. The tolerance
and material standards adopted by the Company are the same as those
in Europe and America. We built quality management system by ISO9001:2000
and have passed German 
certification. The material testing report of the product complies
with EU ROHS instruction 2005/95/EC as well as the amended instruction
2005/618/EC. We encourage computer-assisting design and built computer
networks for internal management and information exchanging. Yihong
always focus on the customers and its quality guidance is scientific
management, high quality product, exploration and innovation as well
as honesty to customers. By continuously exploring the appliance area
of fine casts, we accumulate good experience regarding the manufacturing
of auto fitting,motorcycle fitting,construction ironware, kitchen accessories, lamp accessories, valve
pipes and various machine parts. We export the casts to U.S., German,
Japan, France, Norway and many other companies.
The company provides processing service with incoming designs and
samples. We also provide casts and processing service post-casting.
